We are located in the USA.  Orders are sent from Idaho USA or Hong Kong. 

We ship to the USA, Puerto Rico & US Territories.

European Customs ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying VAT TAX to the delivery carrier at delivery.  We DO NOT collect VAT Tax at checkout. 

Delivery Time is about 10 - 15 business days. 

International destinations vary from 10 - 18 BUSINESS days.  

1. Shipping Service Levels & Logistics

Nearly all packages are sent by EDIExpress and EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT Express, Royal Mail, UK Air, or other contracted logistics company.

2. Cost Guarantee

Our suppliers and manufacturers will utilize the preferred carrier on all shipments.  We ship large volumes so rates are often very low due to the discounts we get. For example: EMS service (Express Mail Service) usually costs $2.99 for shipments to the USA and 5.99 for Europe -- this is a 30% discount from retail rates. 

3. Delivery Time

When we receive a completed order, we check your order & immediate send an email confirmation.  US, Canadian and Western European orders are usually fulfilled (finished and sent) within 24 hours. 

If the delivery is to a remote location like Kinshasa or Bhutan, we will contact you to confirm the order and finalize shipping charges.

Orders are then shipped within 24 hours.

On average, delivery takes 7 working days to anywhere in the world (UPS).

Delivery takes 7-10 working days by EMS; and takes 5 - 6 working days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live in.

It is possible that an order may be delayed due to inventory shortages. It usually takes 3 - 15 days to replenish stock.

We will contact you if items stock out on something you ordered.  We can suggest a similar exchange item or

We have simplified rates for all countries which are optimized for small orders.  If you want to place a large order, immediately email us for the shipping cost.  We are located in the USA (Post Falls Idaho) & will respond quickly.  We will quickly provide you with an accurate shipping quote for large bulk orders.
