Q: Do you send products to customers from Idaho?
A: Yes. We ship many of our KaleaBoutique.com website orders from the USA and a smaller percentage from Hong Kong. We also sell many items on eBay and Amazon and these items are shipped to customers from Idaho, or from an Amazon fulfillment center.

Q: How fast are orders prepared for shipping?
A: Orders are picked and packed, labeled & shipped within 24 – 48 hours. When estimating delivery time, please add 2 days to the delivery time for order processing, packaging and handling. If you order on a weekend, add the weekend days to processing time.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Login to your account on our website. Login at the top right corner of our site to see the status of any order, or edit account information. You can also check your email. We send email notices for all order events (order received, shipped etc.).
Q: How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
A: We fulfill all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Orders usually take 7 days depending on the destination country. US, Canada, Western European Union take approximately 5 - 6 days. A: We receive orders via our site; Amazon Pay processes the payment and we process the order and ship items. Amazon is integrated into most e-commerce platforms. We never see your Billing Address if you use Amazon Pay.

A: We can make special arrangements for this type of payment, but we only offer this for approved wholesale customers or distributors.
Q: How often do you update your online product catalog?
A: We update our product listings continuously. We also offer seasonal sales and special promotions for our current customers. Please subscribe to our email notices if you would like to be notified about product promotions and sales.
Q: Do you have printed catalogs?
A: No. We do not offer these at this time because they become out-of-date very quickly. We offer tens of thousands of items and the catalog would be many hundreds of pages.
