Returns

We are located in the USA so returns & refunds are processed quickly. 

We offer a no hassle 30 day return policy.  Simply send your item back to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.  Refunds are issued within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the return.  The return address is listed below.

Refunds (details)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for your returned item with 24 - 48 hours.  Return items must be clean & in original condition. 

Credits for refunds are automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits take 2 - 3 days to appear back on a credit card. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (sometimes 7 days for credit cards).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kaleaboutique.com and send your item back using the address noted below.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping returns that are over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
