We are located in the USA so returns and refunds are processed quickly. 

We offer a 14-day return policy.  

Send your item back to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (please see important details below).  Refunds are issued within 48 - 72 hours of receipt of the return.

Refunds (details & limits)
We process refunds once we receive and inspect returned items. 

Returned items MUST be clean & in original new condition.  If items are returned dirty, stained or in any condition other than NEW, we will NOT process a refund.  We will launder the items and donate the items to a local charity.  Do not send back items in this condition and expect a refund.  

Credits for refunds are automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits take 2 - 3 days to appear back on a credit card.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (sometimes 7 days for some credit cards).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item back using the address noted below.  Exchanges may not be available if the items or the new size(s) are sold out.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping returns that are over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
